• Personalized or hygiene-related items (e.g., baby bottles, pacifiers) are non-returnable.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
